Yours was the best talk Ive experienced within the HRPAO association. Your talk was very relevant to us both in a work capacity and in our personal lives. You have a passion for what you are speaking about and a real honesty. Every company has had to deal with some type of an addictions issue, at least once, if not numerous times or they may be dealing with other performance and behavior issues that in reality, I now see because of your talk may be the result of an addiction.
